How can the laws be the same for 23 men as for 18 men regards uncontested scrum.
Italy have 6 forward replacement but lose 2 props and go uncontested therefore at our level to meet the first replacement law regarding scrums we would need a hooker, tight head and loose head on the bench, or are our forwards more skilled and versatile than those in the World Cup.

Last year teams seemed to have up to 5 but I am sure the RFU directive is 3 one of which must be a front row.
Have Yorkshire got a dispensation or is it 3.
