It's a tough un for Ben wade, he hasnt succeeded at any of his last three clubs even tho each one has been lower in leagues than the other. I guess he was an alright player but not cut out for coaching. He left Sheffield last year and they improved but I can't see this happning at ponte.

Pontefract to get relegated. What will this mean for next season? A new coaching set up or sticking with what they have and possibly relegation to Yorkshire 3.

I heard that all payments for players will be stopped soon and that the RFU will enforce this by having DORS and other commitee men of clubs sign an agreement that if players are found to be being paid then the club will face punishmnet. Any truth in this.
And looking at Sheffield, I'm sure Ben Wade did a stint there and he wouldnt have come cheep.

So some body gives there word that they will join your club, so you go and put a lot of effort in to make sure this happens. Then at the last minute this player chooses another club. Sounds wrong to me. Is this player a moron with no morals. Krooner you sound fired up.

Pontefract near the bottom of the league I believe this was predicted by many. What effect has the new director of rugby had on proceedings at Ponte and I also hear that they have made a new coaching appointment. Is anyone able to confirm this.

Great response furners, I'm now sat in the playground on the naughty chair waiting for miss to spank me!! What do you think to your new head coach appointment? One thread was closed down due to bad press about this appointment. I hope that he settles in and does a job for you however the jury is still out on this one.

Pontefract will definately be bottom of Y1. If I have heard correctly the first team at Pontefract is run by the players, and the new coach will not tolerate this. There will be many clashes of personality and an unhappy ending could be in sight.

We're well after April 1st Kronos. This must be a true statement why else would it be publicised. Do Ponte need a new kit or do they need a car park attendant? Anyway I'm off to the bookies to place a bet on where I think Ponte will in the league by Christmas.

The fly half has moved to Otley and is doing well so maybe they would have not been able to keep him, the surprise is John Dudley leaving. From what I heard he enjoyed it at Sheffield

Another defeat for sheffield looking at the table they have played 11 lost 10 won 1 that surely is relegation results. What has gone wrong with a club that have ridden high in the past seasons
