Not sure whether Otley is fully classed as Leeds, but is certainly in the Metropolitan Borough of Leeds so they would probably be classed as highest placed Leeds team.

Personally not a fan of the idea. Whilst most teams do record games, the differing quality of recordings and also different angles the game is recorded from could have an impact as to whether the citing is upheld. I also think that to give the accused player a fair hearing, you would need a recording from a number of angles which is not available at this level.
Personally I don't believe that there is a problem with foul play at this level, I would certainly suggest the game is far cleaner than when I started playing senior rugby 20 or so years ago.
Saying that I have no issue with the disciplinary requesting video to assist in the sentencing (or clearing) of a player sent off.

Firstly you are certainly correct that the RFU have been criticised unfairly in some quarters if indeed what you set out is the deal. In fact that is an excellent deal.
Is the 30 hours a week a typo? Should it be per month? If its per week then the host club basically has full use for any rugby needs.
Is the West Leeds application still live or were you turned down?
Picking up on Sam's post, whilst I don't believe it was 30 hours, we would have had first call on the pitch for a certain number of hours per week which would have been more than sufficient for our rugby needs.
Unfortunately, we have been overlooked for the 3G pitch and I believe it looks like Morley will be the recipients.

Having previously been told we (West Leeds) were at home to Morley in the play off final, we have now been advised that we are playing at Sandal, not sure of kick off time. Not sure whether we'll now be on a back pitch if Sandal are at home.
Think the playoffs are a good idea just been poorly organised this year.
