No predictions from alias DOR / Leroy Jenkins / Wallbanker or any of the new posters at Castleford as yet?

The DOR still celebrating his club man of the year award perhaps.... ;D

Ca$ bobble definitely bust today playing dor at fly half not the right choice
Ossett played well essentially there outside Center ca$ couldn’t deal with him if they keep that team together Ossett will be very tough to beat
Ca$ will need to splash the cash next year for sure

"Castleford v Ossett- big score for Ca$ this weekend lets hope ossett turn up ca$ to show how well the money is spent this week"

Bit of a turn around on your prediction there Wallbanker.....

Very interesting conversation today with a club stalwart at cas

Seems the club is rotten from the top right to the bottom but steps have been put in place and a few of the recent detractors have been sent on their way with a few more to soon follow

Watch this space, its going to get very interesting down at willowbridge in the coming months i think

Lets get the boot sales out of the way first though Usedtobegoodonce.... ;) ;D

The ducks have been lined up as you predicted, the trouble being that one gun shot often scurries them all...

To say the club is rotten from top to bottom is most certainly wrong. There are people there that put a tremendous amount of free time into that club and keep it going from day to day, then there are people and the mercenaries who take the shilling from that hard work with no feeling nor empathy for the club at all. The detractors of which you speak, perhaps had an opinion on that and tried to do something about it?

Lets see what the future brings, both for Castleford and for the steps that have been put in place. As you know having played there for twenty odd years, there have been some very good people gone through those doors, trouble is they have walked through the ones at other side having lifted the lid.

No shock results this week, well done knottingley boys for the win hope have a strong run in.
Cas what’s going on? Trouble in camp is true then I take it, ranger neville any comments today? And where’s your DOR any comments from him or case of not getting paid enough so won’t play as well? Where’s Leroy he’s been quite for a while also

Les, Leroy Jenkins is the Castleford DOR....

Reading from their book of excuses les, I’m awaiting the reply from camp ca$ and pommy has been very mutinous the past couple of weeks is he the problem?

Having been an ex player at Castleford yourself Dave, you know from past experience that challenging what funds go where is a no fly zone!

No surprises this week!

Surprised at the margin of defeat for Castleford.  The Low numbers at training wont have helped, the DOR not doing his 270 mile round trip per week to `support the club and be a role model` wont have neither I guess.

More free beer and lollipops from the bar needed from the benefactor perhaps! or more free time from the volunteers to pay for them? who knows.... ;)

Umm. Your an intelligent fella architect. Indeed you have given your free time willingly to benifit the club. The people who were  most upset with a willingness to change, were the people it effected the most? Long term solutions Vs short term £ gains for for the few go beyond what CRUFC should be all about. When the salesman lancashire is done, lets see where your allegiances lie then! It wasnt and shouldn't be all about the first XV, more about the longevity of this great club, not about egos that will be long gone this time next year. Hang on to your thoughts and make sure that first XV Spend £1,800 behind that bar every week to pay for em!

Cas vs meds Cas win, too cold for the students down willowbridge heard nothing about a walkout and no one really cares who gets paid y2 coming 👀

Harrogate vs Burley : do cas a favor Burley

Knotts vs Barnsley: as much as it pains me to say it I would love to see Knottla and their cannonball shaped winger pull one over on Barnsley Knottla by 3

Ensians vs Bramley : don't think it'll happen, shame really.

Ossett vs hemsworth : hems to find some form at end of season

Skipton vs wpl: let's be honest Skipton at home Wpl can't get a side at home nevermind at Skipton

Wibsey vs vandals: vandals travel well, away win

Alas Architect your comments are part of the problem, `no one really cares who gets paid`

Ever thought to yourself where that money comes from? or does no one really care about that neither?

Slaps in the face of all the countless volunteers that give their FREE time for the club; don't you think.....

Castleford v Sheffield Medicals. Double bluff from Ranger Neville! Leroy Jenkins to show his love for the club and contribute his monies to the hard working volunteers. All good.
Harrogate Pythons v Burley. One way traffic but a good forwards battle in-between
Knottingley v Barnsley. Knotts were up for it last week but Methley wasn't available.. ;) I think there is an upset on the cards with this one. A good game in prospect.
Old Otliensians v Bramley Phoenix OO`s should get a side together at home, Phoenix should still have too much for them though
Ossett v Hemsworth. Ossett a different team at home & Hems don't usually travel well
Skipton v West Park Leeds. WPL wont fancy this one at all.
Wibsey v Halifax Vandals Home advantage with this one, a close game, seven points in it either way

Castleford vs Knottingley off due to waterlogged pitch.

Really surprised to see this
Spent 20 yrs playing at Cas and never can i remember a game being called off due to water, the 2 pitches down at Methley are brilliant at draining and always could be relied on when willowbridge lane was a bog, maybe just a sign of the times

One for Leroy Jenkins to answer that one I think....

Castleford v Knottingley. Just to please Dave (Mud Pig) this one.
Halifax Vandals v Barnsley Should have far too much in the locker to be troubled by the Vandals
Hemsworth v Bramley Phoenix If Phoenix take away the crux of a team, a comfortable away win
Ossett v Harrogate Pythons Cant see the Pythons losing another match this season
Sheffield Medicals v Burley. The meds to run Burley around. If they sucked into the middle it will be a different outcome
Skipton v West Park Leeds. By a good few
Wibsey v Old Otliensians. Lets hope this game goes ahead, if it does, a home win

Seems like some hidings were given out today! Pommy must be licking his wounds… he’d have been on here spouting how ca$ are on an 11 game streak! I stayed at home in the warm today so didn’t get out to watch any rugby, good to see Knotts grab the win! how was the game? What happened in Barnsley?

Dave, if you cared to notice, I tipped Barnsley to win! Winning streak or not when you play the best team in the league on their own turf, its a very big ask. A competitive game none the less. `what happened in Barnsley` we lost to a better team!

Knottingley at home next week, back on winning pay.... ;)

Apologies old fart. Yes i appreciate more than most of late that family has to take precedent over Rugby. Please wish them all the very best, again apologies

Barnsley v Castleford. Lets hope the bravado of the DOR comes to fruition in this game and the record for matches won in Y3 is surpassed by the current coaching team. Barnsley will be up for this one in front of a partisan crowd.
Bramley Phoenix v Sheffield Medicals. This will be a cracker of a game. Phoenix to finish the game well and edge it
Burley v Halifax Vandals. Bit of unrest at the Vandals but they will give anyone a game at full strength. Cant see them traveling though!
Harrogate Pythons v Wibsey. Comfortable afternoon
Knottingley v Ossett. Last hoorah for the rugby league lads for both teams if the new season for RL gets underway? Knottla quite comfortably
Skipton v Hemsworth. A very tough day out for Hems.
West Park Leeds v Old Otliensians. OO`s might fancy this one and may get a team to travel the short distance however an easy win for Leeds
