As hard as it for a Goolie to say. Congratulations Selby. Great bunch of lads on and off the field. Wish you guys the best of luck next season.

Only saw you play 3 times this year. You lost every game. Think you guys need to ban me fr watching. 😂😂

Aye congratulations to Selby - proper decent club.

Can I sense a little sarcasm there Leg.

Not at all - a quality set up and good club. Always been impressed every time I’ve been over there with the various junior and girls teams I’ve helped out with.

Time for you to stop posting- it’s getting embarrassing for you. I’d suggest go get your sister to give you a nice relaxing bath.

I’m away but looking at photos of the pitch I’m amazed the pitch was even considered playable.

Town are back there next week, so let’s just hope the pitch is up to standard and we can play a double header.

Leg(end) were you brought up a footballer? Wind your neck in princess, this is rugby, if a of bit of soft mud puts you off you’re in the wrong sport

The pitch was fukd from what I saw. Just play a double header next week - don’t know why you are moaning.

Some of the predicting not up to scratch this week 😉.

Goole v Scarborough played across all three senior men's teams with subs for every team.

Now that's more important that anything else. How many clubs did that today?
Moortown

Scarborough won at 1st and 3rds and Goole won at 2nds.

Colts tomorrow too. 👍

Cracking game at Far Moss today. Selby looked like they were going to smash it after scoring minutes into the game and putting loads of pressure on the Town defence and I thought it was looking like a hiding. But the young Town forwards are a resilient bunch and came back to dominate up front.

Both sides exchanged scores when they got possession and it was tit for tat until Town got a couple of scores ahead at the beginning of the second half and they kept hold of the lead until the final whistle.

Thought the ref had a very good game and let it flow well - which really contributed to a high quality game. Although the second half must have gone 10 minutes over the 40, which was nerve wracking as Selby were desperate to get the win. A final long distance try from Moortown at the death made for an easier finish though.

Congratulations to both sides for putting on an entertaining display but especially for the home side who should kick on from this fabulous win.

No chance of waterlogging at Brods as the fall of the pitch will clear any rain by gravity!!!
Also maybe Moortown could spend more on their playing surface/drainage rather than their playing budget!!!!!

Absolute nonsense. 🤦???

Town never do well on the enscarpment, so it’ll probably be a bonus point away win. 😂👍 #UTT

Bet the Moortown Balti House wreckin crew will be gorging themselves on humble pie tonight.
Very well done to the Goolies. That must be your best result for many years.
can’t recall any gorging from Moortown- so that’s a pretty unfair comment. Goole were absolutely excellent- great defence, fitness, speed and attitude. Totally deserved the win. 👏👏👏
