We found out the game called off today at 12:50pm. We had boys that had arrived in the car park at 12:45pm and no Wibsey players to be seen? Quite surprising considering the ref apparently only called it 5mins later.... let's be generous and say bad communication.

Well done to the knottingley boys. They were good for the win and we were awful. No where near the standards were hoping to achieve this season.
Love playing the worms. We all know what they’re about but their boys stayed after the game and represented their club well. Good luck for the season boys. See you at yours.

Same for us Vandals Boys. No hiding from that result today.
Very evidently we had a lot of players unavailable today. We'll take our licks, but do not expect that to be the team that plays Knottingley at home in two weeks.
Barnsley are a good set of lads lead by a sound captain. Cant wait to put a better account of ourselves forward at home.
At least we didn't give a HWO.
Anyway onwards and upwards. UTV.

Barnsley v Halifax Vandals - This will be our toughest game yet. Let's see what happens.
Bramley Phoenix v Hemsworth - Don't think there will be too much in this. Phoenix Backs to get them the win at home.
Burley v Sheffield Medicals - Burley keep it in the forwards they'll win.
Harrogate Pythons v Ossett - Harrogate are solid everywhere and I can't see Ossett breaking them down at home.
Knottingley v Castleford - Derby Day. This will be close. Form will go out the window and will just be who wants it more.

Good game on mount doom yesterday.
Beware the Burley scrum. Best we've come up against this season and the only team to push us back. Quality in our backline told in the end and we got some decent tries in and amongst.

Castleford v Barnsley - Barnsley to carry on winning ways
Halifax Vandals v Burley - So, last two results in a row haven't gone our way. Pretty obvious change in fortunes with injuries creeping in, in the 2nd game against Skipton, which carried on against Bramley. We have a team put together this week and will see how we do.
Hemsworth v Skipton - Skipton to win comfortably if they can put out the same team they played with against us at their place.
