However I am enjoying how lively that forum has got this week. Up the wakey wind ups

Thank god luck was on our side, a try in the last minute flattered the visitors for me but each to their own

Locked out I believe the early kick off is to make sure the soft under bellied kids from North Yorkshire can get back to their parents before dark, see you soon

Dinnington v Halifax Vandals - Dinno + 7
The non new signings just old players coming back train keeps on rolling
Hemsworth v Northallerton - Hemsworth +7
Hemsworth like playing home games, Norths look in just as much trouble and are travelling
Huddersfield Laund Hill v Roundhegians - Laund hill +7
More social media post worthy signings and scrum penalties means a big win
Ossett v Ripon - Ossett +7
Fortress Queens Terrace that is all
Baildon v Bramley Phoenix - Bramley -7
Hardest to pick this just a hunch
Yarnbury v Bradford & Bingley - Yarnbury +7 (52-5)
Yarnbury are a try scoring machine

Ossett and Bramley both tried to rearrange this week and last weeks games respectively to no avail with the rfu. There seems to be a zero tolerance or rearranging of games this year. I think one fixture change a year isn’t too much to ask

Bradford & Bingley v Dinnington
Dinnington +7
the signings/returnees to keep on rolling through the league
Bramley Phoenix v Ossett
Ossett -7
going to be an interesting one this much like for bramley last week a lot of lads “dipping their toe” in Yorkshire 2 rugby for the first time due to the rfu refusing to move games for any reason. But I can’t bring myself to back against the boys
Halifax Vandals v Huddersfield Laund Hill
Laund hill - 7
Can another returnee spur laund hill on to a victory at mount doom. Judging by the fuss that’s been made I’m going to say yes
Ripon v Hemsworth
Home walk over again how many until hemsworth get forced out of the league? Genuine question
Northallerton v Yarnbury
Yarnbury +7
too fast too good
Roundhegians v Baildon
Baildon -7
Roundhegians have some serious pace outside but could only just deal with a second string front row last week so I can’t bring myself see enough points coming from baildons pack to win this away

Bramley +7 - home game for hemsworth so hope they get a team out, don’t think it will matter to the result.
Laund Hill -7 - Should be a close one this I fancy Huddersfield to just want it more.
Ripon +7 - Ripon to bounce back with a big win here I reckon.
Ossett +7 - always back the boys, imagine if we actually turned up for away games.
Halifax Vandals +7 - Halifax had great line speed Saturday and played their pitch well, Baildon pitch is very similar so I’m backing the orcs to keep rolling.
Yarnbury +7 - Game of the round and I’m going for Dinnington to register their first lost, Yarnbury too much out wide on the carpet.

Halifax vandals +7 - good win for vandals at home last week and can’t see hemsworth turning it around just yet
Northallerton +7 - Northallerton are due their first win I reckon and roundhegians aren’t exactly going well
Ossett +7 - bit of a reality check for us last week but you learn more from a loss than you do a win. Always back the boys
Ripon -7 - this will be a tough test for ripon but I’m going to go with home advantage getting them over the line
Dinnington +7 - Dinnington ex championship 10 to kick them to victory on the slope
Yarnbury +7 - this could be a difficult trip for laund hill yarnbury play the magic carpet very well

B&B +7 - can’t see hemsworth’s fortunes changing any time soon unfortunate
Ossett -7 - always back yourself although we are well aware Dinnington will be a tough place to go this years.
Baildon +7 - Baildon did well on the magic carpet last week I think they’ll have too much for Laund Hill
Northallerton -7 - going to go against the trend here, best time to go to Halifax is very early in the season or very late. Avoid the bad weather if possible
Ripon +7 - The rugrats to keep rolling
Bramley -7 - Once again I’m going left field Bramley at home is a difficult place to go and they seem to be building nicely with a squad that’s now been together for years

Good to be back, I’m gonna have a go at the weekly predictions this year but i don’t have high hopes.
Bramley -7: home advantage to take this one although roundhegians do have the back line to trouble them on a dry track
Dinnington +7: I think there has been some disruption to the preseason of hemsworth so because of that I’m going Dinnington, hemsworth to improve as the season goes on though
Northallerton +7: winning becomes a habit as does so does losing promoted teams will still be on a high
Ossett +7: will it be a repeat of the first game of last season or the last both were relatively easy wins for home teams, I’m backing the boys of course
Ripon +7: baptism of fire for the boys from mount doom, good side ripon. Halifax wanna track their steps for the day running side to side as ripon spread the ball.
Yarnbury +7: Baildon dropped off back end of last year and yarnbury don’t lose many at home

12 Ossett - similar to Hems, don't think they have what it takes personnel wise to build a sustainable threat in this division.
Interesting locked out you have Ossett dropping from effectively 7th, bar a second team/Corinthians admin error, to smack bang bottom. When we clearly competed most of the season and took a fair few “big” scalps when we got our full side out. No ones leaving and we’ve picked up a couple so we will have to respectfully disagree on that subject.
As for league favourites Yarnbury were very good with the ball in hand so I’ll go with them.
