Adam Howard had followed Tom to Grasshoppers. Tom as player coach.
I am told Wharfedale have also lost two hookers in Ian Larkin & Stevie Graham.
At least one has gone to Morley

Reading the Ilkley Gazette it seems most of the Ilkley backs are leaving?

One of the backs will be at Moortown. A centre I think.

Jack Maplesden to Huddersfield and Ben Magee to Otley are the only ones that have moved locally so far as I know. The others are either travelling  ( Charles Morgan ) or have moved away from the area ( Tom Milner )

Ben Fairclough has joined Moortown. Didn’t play much First XV Rugby at Ilkley, was mainly with us in the Second XV. Great guy, shame to loose him!

Unbeaten Billingham setting the pace in North Premier so far, with new boys Vale of Lune finding life particularly hard, not having won a game yet.

Odd to see both Rossendale and Lymm down at the foot of the table, but I’m sure neither will be there long.

Pre-season favourites Hull, Blaydon and Harrogate not having things totally their own way at the upper end

Still, plenty of time to go obviously, but forecasting in the Prediction League has been a nightmare thus far.

Pristine Shorts,

Hull lost by just one point (28-29) at Rossendale and scored 4 tries to 2.
We also had 4 first team regulars unavailable.
We then beat Wirral 13-3 in a monsoon of a game before toppling the league leaders last Saturday.
Things are OK at the Ferens Ground and we look forward to the visit of Wilmslow on Saturday for our first-ever game against them.
See you on November 3rd and good luck at Billingham on Saturday.

Good win for Hull against Wilmslow by 55-12, bonus point after 26 minutes, which moves us up one place in the table to third.
Had to admire a very game Wilmslow side who despite the heavy defeat never gave up the lost cause and for the first 20 minutes of the second half neither side could score.

Entertainment value must have been great at Sandal where the home side beat Rossendale 49-48!!

49-48?? Good attack or poor defence??

Either way, like you say, sounds very entertaining.
Loving all rugby but especially at grassroots level.
