Halifax are splashing the cash and have appointed championship hooker Luke Cole as head coach,  Big signings to follow.
Leeds MD- on there day a y2 side have been relegated to Y4
Knarseborough have managed to
K££p the flying Fijians and are offering deals to plenty of local talent.. throwing in burley stocksborough and mossborough y4 is looking very competitive. Thoughts??

Does look a competitive league on both sides .
Obviously LMD look the front runners given the same format should have everyone playing for something later in the year. Surprise package could be Rowntrees who should end up in SW sides of the fixtures

You would imagine its LMD's league to lose with them having finished mid-table in York 3 before deduction of points.

Behind them I see a tight affair and think it will come down to away form and how well teams travel. Bonus points may well become more important this year too if league is tight.

The fixtures are on the RFU North site, which is a decent bit of news to give on a first post.

Trees confirmed in the South East section

Do you still get changed in the church chapel at Stocksbridge and then walk to the pitch?

The season cant start soon enough. Saturdays just aren't the same. Everyone started pre season now? Going to be another tough one this year with the league possibly even stronger than it was last time around.

I don't think there is much between all the sides. Once again, the team that can bring in a couple of new faces and then consistently field the same side home and away, will no doubt be challenging.
