Book recommendations..

I read a lot but need a bit of inspiration for new books (I've got stuck in a bit of rut). I'm not into sporting books or autobiographies.. I like a good novel. I don't mind literary fiction as long as its not too pretentious.

Any good suggestions..??

Hmmmm...that might fail the "sporting book" filter... Anyhow Nim looking forward to the sequel.. "how to spend £400 a week" ????

the sequel could be entitled "how to avoid spending £400 a week"

I'm three quarters of the way through writing a book in support of the Hostage UK charity, but need a printer / publisher. Any suggestions?
