Wibsey.
All teams change. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I believe Town had a decent win against Barnard Castle.

A youthful Middlesbrough side (five 17 year olds) were beaten by an (almost) full strength Blaydon side 39-14 in an expansive match. Looking good for the future

Guisborough hosted Stockton and went down 43-29 in a good work out for both sides in a 4 X 20 minute format  . Stockton were leading 43-5 before the final quarter when they made several changes to give some recent & current Colts a run out some experience

Preseason translation so far

Blaydon are poor, mboro sharp as last season plus some infants

Guisborough relegated

Hard to take anything from pre season results with lads still away on holidays, working, banking the brownie points etc... and also the league boys still away. It'll be the end of Sept/Early Oct before we have a feel for who's improved, gonna push, surprise package, banker relegated.
