No real shock results last weekend. Few interesting fixtures this weekend, can Halifax bounce back, will teams be as strong on the road as they were at home lt week....

Burley vs Wibsey
Halifax vs Bramley
Knaresborough vs Leeds Medics

Hessle vs Mossborough
Nestle vs Stanley Rods
Stocksbridge vs Sheffield oaks
York RI vs Ossett

- Wibsey to beat Burley, based on margins of victory last weekend
- Halifax to edge Bramley, interesting to see how Halifax do after last weekend.
- Knaresborough to beat LMD, assuming many of the students aren’t back yet.

- Mosborough to be strong again this season, a win at Hessle this week
- Should find out more about Rowntrees this week against a solid Y4 team, narrow home win
- Big win for Stocksbridge
- Interesting game following results last week, close game, but Ossett to nick it.

Burley vs Wibsey - Burley never seem to start seasons well. Is it student related? Wibsey +10
Halifax vs Bramley - After the pre season hype, which to be fair didn't come from them, the result last week must have been a serious disappointment. Home advantage and maybe a few more players available this week? - Halifax +5
Knaresborough vs Leeds Medics - Don't think Knares could have got the Medics at a better time as at full strength, they are probably one of the few teams that could match the Knares backs on that big field - Knares +14

Hessle vs Mosborough - Tough battle up front. If Mos travel well, they should just sneak it - Mos +3
Nestle vs Stanley Rods - Rods will be better for the run out last week, but Rowntrees may just have too much at home - R'trees +5
Stocksbridge vs Sheffield oaks - Tough day for Oaks - Stocks +50
York RI vs Ossett - Normally close games between these two. Packs quite even, think Ossett backs will be the difference - Ossett +7

Pure guess work to be fair. Good luck all

halifax v bramley.    bramley after fax terrible start
knares v Corinth.      home win

Hessle v mos   looking to bounce back with a few faces returning
choco v rods     home win
stocks v oaks     a sound win I predict
ri v ossett.  if they travel the same team easy win for ossett.    esp if 9 continues with his crafty kicking

Halifax to win by 15 they need to get the 8 to play a full 80 mins this week could be the difference between the teams

Wibsey to keep that ball rolling with a bonus point win. Plenty of points in their formidable back line.
Bramley to just nick this one by a score.
Leeds Uni is like a ghost town at moment, not many Students back knaresborough to nick this one on the large medics pitch

Rods to get off the mark this week, won’t be easy but should win by a couple of scores
Another easy bonus point win for stocksbridge, anything Mossborough can do they can do better
York vs Ossett should be a real belter, ossett coming out on top for me though. Well drilled side with a bit of aggression
Long trip for mossborogh but will be driving home with the spoils

Good luck to all involved, have a good one
