What a great sport we have, Wath skipper and scrum half suffered a double break of the tibia in the game today. The Huddersfield coach was on the spot in seconds. He imobilised the player, and checked him, he was absolutely brilliant. He displayed professionalism and concern and ensured he was cared for until ambulance arrived. This for an opposition player.
I would like to thank him on behalf of Wath Rugby Club. He is a credit to Rugby and Huddersfield RUFC. I think his name is Francois.
As a postscript, he last visited Wath 6 years ago and sat with Wath player with a neck injury for 2.5 hours until an ambulance arrived. He says he's not coming again. Hope he is joking, he is always welcome here
