Warmer on the East coast but a horrible weather front heading our way!
Loving all rugby but especially at grassroots level. Lucky to be involved in England's number one ranked level 7 league...Yorkshire One.

Disrepectdul to say regulation as we know that is not the full story.

Brid put up a fight today, down to 14 after 10 mins. The result was pretty much settled. Our 12 reacting to a misuse of a Scarborough knee. No complaints, well done Scarborough must have known that type of reaction was coming from a hot headed brid side.

Hardly the most disrespectful comment. We're due some bragging rights..we don't have them often!

Your last comment seems to contradict your first statement. Viz - regulation——- victory, and then to suggest that you do not have them often. In this case it seems you are suggesting it was a familiar or predictable occurrence which you later defer to it not happening often. So which one is it?

Seems to me if it’s not disrespectful you are gloating at the least. I suppose we should expect no less of someone of your standing.

Typical thuggish Brid. The red card was for the number 12 running  in and punching a Scarborough player sat on the floor - no provocation no justification and certainly no mitigation. Sad because otherwise it would have been a much tighter game.
Despite the desire to beat Brid it would be fair to say that they showed what good ball retention and possession can do when digging in in the second half. Safe to say despite Brid’s  protestations  the card was fully deserved and should result in a lengthy ban.
Every Scarborough player stood up today, they knew what was at stake and how much their supporters wanted a win and that’s just what they gave us.
So proud and impressed by the style, intensity and precision of Scarborough’s play this season. So far beyond what we anticipated.
To be top of the league with more than half the season gone is both far beyond expectations but the more games we play they more we come to expect it. Bring on the second half of the season....... Best wishes to all

Sounds like there was provocation! No player runs in throwing punches unless they are reacting to perceived foul play. Looks like the culprit who instigated the reaction went unpunished!
And as always the Pre match pxxx heads who chunter drivel from the balcony, claim innocence  for the Scarborough boys, as always!!

A personal friend sits on the Yorkshire disciplinary panel and, I’ll stand corrected if wrong, is that now 3 red cards at the half way mark of the season?

Do we have another Bramley Phoenix scenario brewing in the northern enclave of East Riding?!

Especially when one report from earlier in the season actively cites an unprovoked direct kick to the head of a player on the floor in ruck. The term ‘Typical Brid’ is going to stick if they’re not careful.
