Used to always like this forum, recently starting to think otherwise. The manner of the moortown lot has been disgusting this year. Top of the league or not.

I thought the Moortown scrum was strong today. However only 1 penalty achieved near the end of the game. I recall heath scrumming with 7 men on their own line  and not moving an inch. World beater props my inside-centre. Hardly Dream team worthy. ????

Woody, was at the game today, from the first scrum (to which the home team celebrated like had won the world cup)  to the last Moortown were far the better at scrum time. To be honest i think Heath lost the game from that point. Without the scrum dominance i actually thought they were pretty average.

The game was not won or lost from the scrum. If you understood the game a bit better you would see that. Do you have an opinion on the lineout? Tactical kicking? Playing the wind? Probably not.

I agree, there is more to the game than the scrum. Heath got stuffed in there today, but in my opinion it knocked the stuffing out of the away team pack and thats why they lost. Just my opinion after watching a good game of rugby.
