France 33 - 30 Wales

Scotland 28 - 14 Italy

Ireland 18-19 England
Loving all rugby but especially at grassroots level. Lucky to be involved in England's number one ranked level 7 league...Yorkshire One.

I don't have as much faith as you three. More optimistic if tuilagi plays but I don't think we have enough x factor in the backs to coin a rubbish phrase. Not sure the flankers are good enough at disrupting opposition ball either.

France 25 Wales 29
Scotland 39 Italy 15
Ireland 31 England 21

Dan I agree just a draw helps my Wales bet. The england flankers are not good enough to lace the Irelands laces.

And there's Tom Curry with more turnovers than anyone else selected this weekend.

I like this game...

France v the principality......France at home to win 25 18.  Wales always play well in Paris but first game up the home side should be favourites. Basterblubber and his fat club to win heavily.

Russian Radio v Italy... win for the Bolsheviks..38-15 Nickerless Sturgid and Salmond will demand the competition be renamed the Scottish republic communal league of nations.

Eire v England...home advantage the difference again. Not much between the teams so a close home win 24-18.

Old (9) Eire have the best back row but not massively so. The back row is the 'team' within a team and Eire are very effective as a unit giving them the edge in this key area thus probably winning the game for them. Curry is dynamic and Wilson is a big hard lump. You seem to be writing them off as sub standard... they most definitely aren't.

Really Underhill, Clifford and Shields ? These boys are 4th/5th even 6th choice.

And not one of them is playing.

Hence my comment Ireland's back row is far better than anything England can put on the field. Any way let's see I might be completely wrong.

Turnovers in premiership different from international. Kvesic not getting a shot proved that. However, I hope curry proves to be the seven we need. I'm no expert, just an armchair supporter

France 17 - 26 Wales
Scotland 31 - 15 Italy
Ireland 25 - 17 England

Really looking forward to this weekends rugbyfest. Think it could be the best 6 nations for quality for many years. Think home advantage in Dublin tomorrow will ultimately give Ireland the title but expect some surprises along the way.

Well,  if ever there was a game of two halves, as they say, that was it.
