Decision time on relegation????
« on: April 05, 2019, 01:30:06 PM »
I've listed the teams in table order. I've included Malton as it is mathematically possible but highly unlikely. West Leeds would have to win both their matches with bonus points and Malton get nothing from either of their matches PLUS WL would have to overturn a big points difference.

the remaining matches:

Brid v BB
Driff v WL
Malt v Scar
PP v Cleck
Pock v york

Brid v Pock
Cleck v malt
WL v Consett

Let the people decide!

I think you will find Malt are safe, even if WL win twice with bonus points Malt will have more wins which is the decider is points are equal

I think Pocklington might need to get something away at Brid.
I know York are hoping to finish strongly and they have quite a few players who have played little rugby this season due to injuries.
I suppose it may come down which B and B team turns up at Brid?
I can’t see Driffield losing to Wl and I would be surprised if Cleck get anything at PP
So for me the final relegation spot will be between WL and Cleck joining Consett and Brid in the drop.
Potentially it could go down to the wire!

I have to say points in the bag count for more than the promise of points to come and because of that I think Brid will be down.

It's not looking good for Brid and West Leeds....

Maybe I could change the vote tonight to allow people to edit their vote after today's matches?

Though disappointed with York’s performance today. Happy Pocklington do not have to worry about the disproportionate punishment delivered by the Blazers!

Closet is not a word I would use to describe someone who has named his house Silver Royd and wears BRB's cast offs!
