Looking who will be in N1E for next season, we have the following who are definitely there:

Morley
Huddersfield Y.M.C.A.
Percy Park
York
Bradford & Bingley
Driffield
Pocklington
Malton and Norton
Cleckheaton
Moortown
Durham City
Heath OR West Hartlepool

12 teams.

The possible teams subject to play offs are
Scarborough

13

This still leaves one short and possibly 2 short.

Level transfer come into play.

Possible teams:

Kendal
Penrith

Someone is going to have a hard task.

Bridlington might be hoping they are spared the drop. But will that do them any good? Maybe they need a year in a lower league.

Interesting weeks ahead.

Surely Durham are already confirmed?
West Hartlepool are playing Heath in in the play off so either or with them.
N1W is going to be top heavy so i'd say Penrith.

For an outside bet, how about Kirby Lonsdale??

Aren't Penrith exempt from Level Transfer as they volunteered for N1E a couple of seasons ago? My guess would be Kendal, which of course is bonkers really as many clubs will drive past Penrith to get to Kendal.

I think relegated teams are exempt from level transfer.

How do west Hartlepool cone into the level transfer?? If they lose to Heath they will be a level 7 club ?

HH dont know which way you are going to Kendal but last time I went I certainly did not pass Penrith.

Also all of you remember Option X. I know its a bit like Brexit it may never happen, but I believe Kendal were level transferred on that option and they have been relegated assuming 3 going down from Yorkshire Premier.
Blackburn were also in, presumably on level transfer, as they may yet win their playoff and get promoted to league above a replacement for them in N1E would be needed.

My bad ...I was getting a bit confused looking at so many different scenarios...

If you think the scenarios are complicated, how about Sheffield, Sandbach and Doncaster Phoenix, who are all North Division sides currently playing in the Midland Premier Division, requesting to come back north next season? Scarborough winning the play-off and having to play in Midland Premier perhaps?

The RFU are seriously cutting travel subsidies next season so on the grounds of who can afford the extra travel it has to be Scarbs.

As mentioned somewhere else - and reminded to me last night,. Blackburn were down for a possible move to the NE setup in one of the restructuring outcomes.

So we could see whoever loses the playoff between Scarborough & Blackburn in this league. Scarborough for obvious reasons and Blackburn by level transfer.

Either way another transfer will be needed. Penrith would make most sense.
