Hate to disappoint you but the RFU has performed a classic. Snowdons who produce North and East Doc fixtures have been asked to bid for their job!!!

If the RFU are cash trapped it makes sense. In those days when I was more actively involved you had to phone Snowdons with the scores. Now we have GMS that’s no longer necessary so what you want is someone to draw up fixtures. In recent years that has become a template so , for example, whoever you play on the first day you then play again on the last day. Can’t see why the volunteer league secretaries can’t do that one. Would take half a day.

We've had a bit to do with Kendal over the few years, in fact I advised them in the development of their new ground after they visited Silver Royd.
I couldn't make the opening so look forward to seeing the outcome.

I can understand them not being over happy at the transfer but I'm sure they'll enjoy their season.
Loving all rugby but especially at grassroots level.
