As we are well into preseason, let's see peoples predictions for the League table. This is just my opinion, will probably be very wrong .

3. YM
4. Morley
5. Cleckheaton
6. Kendal
7. Percy Park
8. B&B
9. Driffield
10. Moortown
11. Pocklington
12. Durham City
13. Malton and Norton
14. West Hartlepool

I think M££rtown will be top half possibly top 4.
As for the rest it’s too early to say. Whilst York have recruited a top player coach they have a number of potential premature retirements to contend with. Likely to be without their top try scorer and also their top point scorer (goal kicker).
So they will be vulnerable in the early games until they get the replacements up to speed. They have Driffield and Pocklington away and Malton and Norton at Clifton Park in their first 4 fixtures. They need a fast start like last season!!
Have no fear of perfection, you’ll never reach it.”

Youve got to be kidding! We've lost a third of a team ...mid table will be satisfactory for Scarborough.
Loving all rugby but especially at grassroots level.

I'd take mid table 1st season in NE1 gladly. probably take a few weeks to get use to the step up and for us fatties who avoid pre season to get back into it.

Durham city will finish bottom they never wanted to go up they bottled playing scarborough in the playoff the season before last now they won dn1 they had no choice. Good squad but 1 or 2 key players missing they'll struggle as there 2s just play in a social league
