Entertaining game at Silver Royd....end-to-end stuff early on but Scarborough seem to take their chances when they came and created a number of try scoring opportunities.The park 8, 12 and winger we're particularly good players.It was a really good win under the circumstances considering the players Scarborough had missing ..although those who stepped in gave a very good account of themselves.Park were missing their influential fly-half and player coach.I really liked the way the referee reffed the game, he had a very pleasant and calm disposition.Pretty big crowd considering it was the first game of the season which generally are lower than later games.Excellent pre-match company with the Park officials who shared many of our thoughts on the direction of the game and how to run a club successfully.
