**POSTPONED** GOOLE V BRODS SATURDAY 21ST DECEMBER

The rearranged first team fixture against Goole this weekend (21st Dec) has been postponed.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of front row players, Goole are unable to fulfil the fixture.

The game has been rearranged to Saturday 25th January 2020.

Please elaborate for us Mr Stella? Also aware that Beverley have pulled out of their cup match this weekend against West Leeds.

Would be interested to know as to why this is the case. The cup competitions across Yorkshire unfortunately have never been taken too seriously by its clubs.

A combination of work unavailabilities , family commitments, a horrendous list of injuries and the stupid idea and reasoning of putting a game on a few days before Christmas has resulted in us calling the game. Lads have to work to put the turkey on the plate for Christmas. The cup doesn’t work in its current format and I’d love it to be worked out so it’s done (or mostly) in pre-season.

Regs.
League rules are different to the Leagues.
13.6.11 (b) would appear to put you at the mercy of the Committee.
