Yes unfortunately we (B&B) are under water again, we are waiting for the waters to recede to assess the damage, although this may prove difficult as the weather is relentless in the area.

Heath's Kit Container floated down the river and smashed into a bridge at Elland.

Will there by any support forthcoming from the RFU to get these clubs back on their feet?

From what I've seen Heath, B&B and Old Rish appear to have been hit the hardest with a big clean up ahead of them.

We met Hamish Pratt yesterday. Always a very helpful and dedicated club man. He is providing as much help as possible. Don’t forget that Andy Fragley can support clubs as well with LRP funding.

Sport England have sent a note to pro and amateur football clubs to say they can apply for grants up to £5000 towards any damage so may be worth looking into for anyone affected.
