OK refs, it's been a while on here.

Jonny May's try yesterday - jumping a tackle or diving for a try?

In my opinion it was a fantastic finish by Jonny May.. The law change, to stop players jumping into the tackle, was designed to stop the ball carrier jumping over the tackler which, clearly , is dangerous for the tackler. Jonny May actually took his legs away from the tackler. Spectacular and entertaining, and safe, I would have thought. A regular sight in SL. Worth the pain of sitting through 80 minutes of dross the previous week. You may of course disagree
