Who do we think will get Promotion     I know its early and impossible to predict but I was interested to see how clubs have managed to retain squads , add to squads ,  and how training is going

We are very much looking forward to our return to Yorkshire 4 here on the coast at Hornsea, we'll have to make the Hollis a fortress and pick up the odd away win to get a top 4 place to qualify for the next stage of the league after Christmas.

Thirsk! Wow was blown away by them tonight. Wouldn't want to mess with their top boy. Handy boys them lot! They ain't been lounging about on scarboro beach all year. These boys mean business. Captain SAY scaffolding lifts some 80kg scaffold poles easily!
