Thanks for your concern. Poor lad is in a bad way. Total dislocation of the ankle, and a break to the femur.
Was laid on the pitch, albeit covered from the driving rain and wind by lots of umbrella's and a makeshift tent.
Good job because it was over an hour and a half before an ambulance came, first responder took nearly an hour to arrive.
Evidently it was 10.00pm before the dislocation was sorted, operation on the femur today.
Alot of you "oldies" will remember his dad, Paul Chapman who played 8 or lock in our glory days many years ago!
