SURPRISE SURPRISE MR G IS BACK MOTHER F******

Travelled 15 hours on National Express that we paid for with our gyros even with paying high rates in CSA.

Very tough game! Skipton similar to ourselves hate kicking and love proper rugby. Winning 5-0 at half time and managed to get the result in the second with another 15 unanswered points with some superb defence and clinical finishing.

20 nil win. And just a little Martin Tyler fact. We’ve only conceded tries in 1 game out of 5. Most people hate us and I can’t wait to hear the negative Karen comments.

Special mention to Skipton who were superb after the game with the after the match crack.

Much loved the one and only Mr G

PS. Sorry haven’t spoken much just got out on good behaviour.

evening Gman been on the sniff mate that’s a bit lively .

love Skipton .. back in the day Ermysteds Grammar school used to be a fine emporium of Rugger .

What’s this ‘proper ‘ rugby toffee ?? it’s only cos that coiffured poncey boots who kicks for you plays on the wing and no one else is clever enough to know which end of the ball to kick .

Good win though … Y2 beckons .

Thirsk 20 Cas 20 from a Thirsk point of view it feels like a loss should of put them away in second half but let Cas back in and they took the chance in last quarter. Left a few chances out there. Great set of lads and had a laugh in the bar. (The Bald number 4 appreciates all abuse) :-)

This is an intriguing season shaping up

Cashtillfund not lost apart from not having a front row
against Skipton so having a timely Stag do. Could be sitting pretty at the top of the table. Imagine theyd be clear now if  certain amounts of moneys didn't go missing from the coffers

Hemsworth still unbeaten that's all that matters for the underdogs

Knotts hit and miss but that defence keeping two teams to nil poit is big. If only they could keep there heads and arms against Ossett...speaking of

Beating the students on their own patch very well done, lets expect super slow mo replays on YouTube of very minor moments of interest

Boringly doing what they do best by not passing the ball bit still picking up wins.

WPL celebrating the victory against luckless Thorne. How the mighty have fallen for both these ex giants

The Locomotive 🚂 continues CHOO CHOO.

Not many backed Knotts this weekend, a quick reminder that the cream always rises…another game with no try’s conceded that’s some doing

By no means a Grottingley fan, but to have played 5 games and not conceded a try in 4 of them, that takes some doing. Can see why they love themselves at the minute

Evening MrG. I have visited Grottingley on a few occasions as a spectator, but unfortunately never had the pleasure of dodging the dog muck as a player. Always found the Grotts faithful to be a very passionate, but welcoming bunch

Don’t worry Alfie lad I feel a sense of pride being considered the only person from Knottlingley with some brains who can kick the pointy end of the ball. You’ll have to drop in down at the worm farm at some point and myself and Mr G can buy you a pint.
