Bramley Phoenix v Leeds Corinthians - don’t really know what to expect from Corinthians at the moment. It’s only a short trip so away game shouldn’t be a huge factor. Bramley were very solid defensively last week but will have to up their attacking output this week. Predicting a close one with lots of points from the boot. Bramley -7

Northallerton v North Ribblesdale - Ribb struggling on their travels and North improving every week. Northallerton -7

Ripon v Harrogate Pythons - so excited for this HG postcode derby! Not sure the 1st teams have faced each other before either. Form book goes out of the window in a derby so I’m sure it’s going to be a great game! Always back yourselves. Pythons +7

Wath-upon-Dearne v Barnsley - short away day so hopefully not a walkover. Should be a sizeable home win though. Wath +7

Wensleydale v Baildon - another belter of a game with 2nd v 3rd. Still can’t see Dale losing a game at home this year so going for Wensleydale +7

Wheatley Hills v Yarnbury - bit of a pasting for Wheatley Hills last week so I’m sure they’ll be looking to bounce back. Yarnbury have struggled on their travels so going for Wheatley Hills -7

Big Apple vs Sinners
Proper spit and sawdust meeting of the 'rough and tumble' teams in the league. With no appearance of their talisman WWW, the sinners could do with something to raise their spirits as the 6 month old chilli con carne isn't doing the trick. LS13 bad boys to claim the title of best working-class team in the league in this feisty encounter. Bramley -7

Smoggies vs Train Spotters
Single-handedly keeping Northern Rail in business the settle-ites are on the road again. Thankfully they've got their preferred KO time and the pitch will be suitably boggy to soften any collisions. Much needed win for the teessiders. North' -7

Rugrats vs Tarquin & Co
Hooray Henrys to continue their meteoric rise to Y1, with their youthful opponents offering little more than a speed bump on the road to promotion. 'Gate +7

Salad Dodgers vs NoBrawno
A few years ago this might have been a good local derby, current sad state of affairs can't see anything other than a large home win (or walkover). Wath +7

Wotsits vs £everley Hills £ad £oys
Proper rugby, terrible pitch, worse haircuts. The main outcome of this match will be to determine which team is overpaying their player-coach the most. Mullets to have it at home, should be close though. 'Dale-7

Wheatos vs Aladdin
Genie's magic seems to struggle off the carpet (and on it sometimes). Despite recently rolling out a super-sized pack that the Baildon dietician would be envious of, the South Yorks contingent are likely to have too much at home (on their very boggy, poorly lit pitch, which kicks off too late). 'Hills -7

Not digging this "Novo" format, a tad slow and too bright colours for my liking.

Big Apple v Sinners: With more tattoos than teeth collectively, these two teams will slug it out manfully for 30 minutes or so before someone throws a ball on the pitch. Bramley won't crumble, or turnover though. Bramley +7

Smoggies v Saints: Trainspotters making the incredible journey to leap off the East Coast Mainline express as it doesn't stop at Northallerton. Smoggies happy as pigs in their mud. North (allerton) -7

Toddlers v Toffs: Home safeguarding team on red alert to make sure the Rugrats don't come to any harm as the Harrogate juggernaut lumbers on. Could be Python's first upset in a while. Ripon - 7

Pie Men v Brawnless: Battle of South Yorkshire will be pretty one sided, unless Barno can smuggle some of their high flying ladies into the squad. Woff +7

Wotsits v £ad £oyz: With landscape in their favour, the "hairs apparent" for Y1 contention will slow the bad boys down a treat. W'dale -7

Wheatos v Yawnos: A disappointingly tedious non-performance. Nothing to see here, move along please. Hills +7
.

Bramley Phoenix 13 - 20 Leeds Corinthians
Northallerton 16 - 33 North Ribblesdale
Ripon 3 - 15 Harrogate Pythons
Wath Upon Dearne 59 - 7 Barnsley
Wensleydale 41 - 20 Baildon

Looks like some belting contests today. Ours certainly was vs Ripon. A proper derby.

Outstanding performance once again from Wensleydale. The flowing mullets and masterful moustaches see the dale lads power and dominate to bring home the win.
Comments of bad hair and overpaid coaches continue to add fuel to the ever burning fire that is Wensleydale men
