Bridlington vs Malton and Norton - 9th vs 6th - something a few probably didn't expect. A bigger game for Brid I expect however Malton won't take this lightly. Malton to edge this one by 4 points.

Glossop vs Moortown - Moortown have eventually it seems stopped picking their nose and have got rid of their bogey. Kudos to them at the weekend, they'll trouble teams in the run in. Seeing a bit of a return on investment must be pleasing for the higher powers at Moortown, it would have been an expensive 8th place finish.

Old Brodleians vs Dronfield - The Young Brods are punching above their weight, seeing their results each week remind me of the Rocky films, they're just hanging on in there. Not sure where this heart was when they played us but they seem to have found some from somewhere. Dronfield have dispatched a few teams this year and will be a stern test. They won comfortably in the return fixture so they'll have some confidence, but I imagine the Brods hill will soon put an end this. Brods by 8.

Rochdale vs Goole - MOTD. Rochdale seem to be favoured by a few to go up, I can see why with a national league 10. If Goole are to win they will need to be at 100%. If its close I can see class coming to the fore and Rochdale winning. Goole are going to be a real beast from the east when travelling west to Rochdale. A win win situation for me, Rochdale win and at least Goole lose. Goole win and at least Rochdale take a step back in the hunt. Rochdale by 3.

Scarborough vs Old Crossleyans - A must win game for Scarborough. If they don't win this then I'd say they're down, sorry BRB. Playing with desperation to stay up will only enthuse and inspire the local fans and players, it may be hard to get some of the imports fired up for this one. I imagine Crocs can sniff blood here,  their only issue is their gutless defence that just leaks points. Weirdly enough, this could be the highest scoring game of the day. Crocs by 11.

Selby vs Morley - Do you gloss over the elephant in the room? I'm in no influential position to comment on any internal politics however my point stands, I would sooner not see the player in the shirt again (if true). Away from that, you have a club that is filled with excellent members and players, that promote strong rugby values from Juniors to Senior Mens and Ladies rugby. Wearing my heart on my sleeve, I still have us as league favourites and expect normal service to be resumed this weekend. Heard someone describe this weekend as Old Money vs New Money which made me smile. Home win by 18.

Brid v M&N – League position says M&N but I have a fancy Brid win a close game.

Glossop v Moortown – Moortown to win by twenty.

Old Brods v Dronfield – Old Brods comfortable win.

Rochdale v Goole – Rochdale to win another close game.

Scarborough v Old Crocs – Scarborough to win a close game with Crocs getting a losing bonus point.

Selby v Morley – Bonus point win for Selby.

Brid v M&N – M&N to win with a bonus point.

Glossop v Moortown – Moortown but not much more to comment on this one.

Old Brods v Dronfield – Dronfield will have a tough day at the office, Brods by 20

Rochdale v Goole – This one could be close but I’m going Rochdale no bonus point.

Scarborough v Old Crocs – Scarborough seem to have a better team sheet than previous weeks and they can only get better, Scabs with a bonus.

Selby v Morley – Selby to win after the defeat last week but Morley to get a bonus point or 2.

Brid v M&N – Should be a comfortable win for Malton

Glossop v Moortown – Moortown coasting to a big win

Old Brods v Dronfield – Old Brods win, game of scrums this one.

Rochdale v Goole – Got to go Goole win, first fixture Goole controlled the first half but once Roch started playing took the win. Goole close game

Scarborough v Old Crocs – cold windy game on the coast im predicting sleep lots of sleep. Crocs win

Selby v Morley – Selby with the worst discipline in the league will drop to 13 men at some point and Morley to take advantage and close the game out Morley win.

Brid v M&N - Brid to bounce back after last week with a win on the coast. Not sure what to make of M&N's season to date.

Glossop v Moortown - Are Moortown back for the run in after last weeks win? I'm not so sure - Glossop to take a surprise scalp.

Brods v Dronfield - A battle of the hills. If Dronfield are contenders they need to front up in this one, I'm not as confident in the Brods as most on here. OB's to sneak it .

Rochdale v Goole - Too good sides, Rochdale with home advantage will get the points and start to chase the league leaders with all these home games back to back.

Scabs v Crocs - Interesting comment below about Scabs having a stronger side out, going to believe that and give them a home win here. Crocs have never travelled well to the east coast.

Selby v Morley - Morley to put a real dent in Selbys title hopes this week. Morley by 4.

Brid win by 6

Moortown win by 20

Dronfield win by 2

Goole win by 7

Scarborough win by 5

Morley win by 5

This would cement Dronfield back in the title race talks. Expecting a 6 point gap between 1st and 5th after today..👀
