Hats off to Goole - well played.

Deservedly 3-0 winners this season.

Question for the regular viewers of the league this season / last season.

Given Pontefracts struggles in Regional 1, and the lack of sides relegated over the last 2 seasons to regional 2. Out of Selby, Brods and Rochdale (imagine one of those 3 now look set for it) who will be best placed for promotion?

Depth of squad, style of play etc?

Differ Lid - I've not seen Selby play yet this season but I think the two Rochdale results over the last two weeks suggest they would need to bank on their home form to get close to surviving, certainly if they end up in the North East side of the division split as they can't buy a win this side of the pennines.

Brods aren't nearly the team they were a few years ago when they threatened promotion but with the rumours of a couple of irons in the fire for next year and their overall game I would have them as favourites to do a job next year. The backs do lack invention though.

Any truth in the Selby lads moving to York or is that some old school BRB fishing trip?

Another loss for Moortown this week after looking to have bounced back after Christmas showing how hard it is to back up a season being so close to promotion but missing out at the final hurdle. Themselves and Morley I'm expecting to come good next year but I assume both are disappointed with their seasons to date.
