To be honest Clidge, i don't mind what i am mindful of is the location which needs to be central, if it transpires that Corinthians is appropriate it works for me it's something which needs discussion among other details... T Rex has kindly discussed this with his people and in principle Thornensians is available but it needs firming up with dates when they have been agreed, have we got the same from Corinthians..?

For those who are interested in putting this together can you send me a personal message through this site or if you have my private email address that's ok also...

We need to have a sit down and discuss this happening otherwise the desire to help this little lad will be lost to timescales...

Cheers

Sad news I'm afraid thomas passed away yesterday morning in the early hours in his mothers arms. Having a son the same age I can't imagine how bad that must be. I still believe we can put something on in thomas's memory as his parents have vowed to keep raising money for the next child that needs it. In light of this I think we should still put the game on

South leeds stadium is on the cards lads let's have a list of players interested in playing. We going to do the two dream teams or possibly hornsea take on a y5 all comers team followed by leeds medics take on y4 all comers

It would be really helpfull if each Y5 team has a representetive who could put 2-3 names together and forward them to us and hopefully Hollis Hooker would be helpfull enough to ask if Hornsea would be interested in putting a team out to play a Y5 Dream team.

If you could do the same with Y4 Murdock we have the making of a good afternoon of charity rugby for Thoma's family, it could even form part of the 2013 pre season friendly's.

Hope we get lots of reply's to a really great cause....

Murdock do you want to light this up with bells and whistles as a new post to garner new interest Pal or will enough people see it ??

That's such sad news, I'm still up for anything that can help. I'm at Garforth with Swiss.

I could arrange a few players from Wetherby and if no one comes forward from harrogate or boro i have contacts within those clubs who i am sure could get a few players together would normally volunteer to help organise but snowed under at the moment.

If you do get leeds stadium it would be a great day Yorks 4 v Yorks 5 seems a good one.

Y4 v Y5 would be good the thoughts on Y4 Champions v Y4 Select & Y5 Champs v Y5 Select would engineer an additional game but it all depends what response we get OSP !

Cant imagine how his family feel.

I'm sure we can get a few players/supporters together if needed.
Bring back the biff :-)
