difficult to predict after such a long lay off,bit like the start of a new season, match fitness lost etc.winning momentum could be lost which could affect Malton, chance to regroup and start again could affect Dinnington? wont be easy for any team.No idea yet if Martin playing or not but all teams need a good squad and we can cover Martins position if unavailable.loss of our captain to the game through persistant injury more of a worry, but put into perspective by the sorry news from selby.

I can understand the 'less/more than 7' predictions, but why the occasional '10'  ???
Nevertheless, well done to Onanist and NPS for getting the challenge going.
There will of course be extra bonus points for getting the exact points difference (the actual score being a step too far).

Same as Neverplayedstandoff`s predictions, sorry, but this weeks fixtures will be hard to predict due to the long lay off.
All teams will be confident with all their fittness training but nothing is better than getting on that pitch with 15 different shirts standing in front of you. Lets see whos had the xtra portion of xmas pud in the last few weeks !!!

Ilkley v B/Salem ...Ilkley will reclaim their 5 pts
Keighley v heath ...Interesting this one, I think this`ll be close
Knott`la v Dinnington ...Knott`la with backs in the team unlike what we had at Dinno`s place lol
Tonga v Cas ...Sorry Cas, not much here for you
N Ribb v Brid ...Simple home advantage win
Scarb v York ...Will be close on this for Scarb but York to pip it !!!
Selby v Sheffield ...Liked to be poroved wrong on this one...doubt it though

Just wondering what success rate has everyones weekly predictions is, looking back at mine, I usally get an average of 2 wrong, anyone gonna put their hand up and say that their a mystic meg or plant pot !!!

NPS - in that case Martin should be applauded for making the whole 20 min journey to Keigley. Well done that man!!!

OK Bandido just for you

Salem back to full strength to win this with a losing bonus point for Ilkley
Keughley to win, Heath without their outside half and centre will not even get a losing bonus point
Knottingley's pack will be too strong on their own middin(hope that's spelt correctly)- sorry Dinno hope you get a bonus point
Castleford could be the first team to topple Tonga now the pitches are claggy
Ribblesdale with home advantage, Brid's away form leaves a lot to be desired- no losing bonus here
Scabs on the pig farm but only just
Sheffield but only if the students are back from hols, otherwise another shock could be on the cards

I just hope the weather allows, Ribb, Scabs, Tonga and Ilkley games to take place

Happy New Year Bandido xx

10:22 and snowing hard in Dinno! lets hope the power station micro climate of Knott'la keeps the snow at bay.

Ilkley Vs.Bradford Salem                Ilkey by less than 7
Keighley Vs. Heath                       Heath by less than 7
Knottingley Vs. Dinnington             Dinn by less than 7
Malton and Norton Vs. Castleford    M&N by less than 7
North Ribblesdale Vs. Bridlington     North ribb by more than 7
Scarborough Vs. York                   Scarb by less than 7
Selby Vs. Sheffield                       Sheffield by less than 7

Agree with others that due to there being no rugby and very different pitches since the last games there's little in the way of form to back. hence I only see one game being won by more than 7.

Ah Up Bumbandit and KIng John...I'm filling up here...... :-[
You two been listening to too much, 'Do they know it's Christmas' ... Or what!! ;)
Although 'the calm before the storm' springs to mind!!
Cas will be playable tomorrow, although we are at malton, we have suggested that if they cry off, they could come to us.....mmm??
And if north ribb have to cry off, they should have plans in place to come and play the CAS delayed fixture...lets see what comes out in the wash!!
Good luck to all with getting a game....
