Wheatley won 21-11. Cracking win for us. Looks like it's going to be a really good league this year.

Superb performance this week from Wheatley, looked strong in all departments, especially scrums, lost fly half in 2nd half but 17 year old Owen Gilvray took over and did a great job.

Better than last week then?

Superb performance is a bit strong, played well against a good Pock team, but very rarely looked like scoring a try, and could still be playing today and have not crossed the whitewash.

Were the 21 points scored via 7 shots at goal?

Yeah all penalties, though the changes in the backline weren't helpful, the young lad at 17 at  had a good game, he just had no-one really helping him, too weak out in the centres in attack. A few of the forwards had good games, Sam Kerry in particular was all over the place, but they should be scoring the tries if the backs aren't gonna do it.

Maybe if we had kicked to the corners more they would have done but taking the points on offer was the right option. I'll take an 11 point win against Pock any time, try or no try; so would the other teams they have beaten this season.
Give the backs some quick ball and lets see what they can do!!
