Hi Everyone,
Just to keep you in the habit of predicting, let's do the Yorkshire Shield 2nd Round games this week.
A separate league table will be used for these predictions
Any Newcomers Welcome!!!  ;D

Barnsley v Selby
Heath v Malton & Norton
Hullensians v Bradford Salem
Middlesbrough v Keighley (postponed)
Old Rishworthians v Yarnbury (postponed)
Scarborough v Bradford & Bingley
West Leeds v Old Brodleians
Whitby v Pontefract

1 Point for a correct prediction
5 points for correctly predicting a draw
This year we have a "JOKER"
Play your "JOKER". If your JOKER prediction is correct you get double point, if incorrect, you lose a point.
Highlight by preceding the fixture with JOKER, or changing the colour to RED, or both  :-[

Barnsley v Selby - Selby not tearing up any trees, I think they might look at Barnsleys results and see it as a easy win and prioritise other competitions. Where as Barnsley aren't in any real danger of the drop and might welcome a change to the weekly grind of the league and assault the cup
Heath v Malton & Norton- M&M will be used to long trips away.
Hullensians v Bradford Salem- gunna tip Hull to win competition this year, they obviously have the ability, and haven't been in a position to attack cups in past, but this year I think could be there time.
Middlesbrough v Keighley (postponed)- not sorry to see the Keighley boys have another week off. Hoping they'll be losing some of their battle hardness, and it's not a welcome break that they come back funky fresh from
Old Rishworthians v Yarnbury (postponed)- no reverse fixture available. Choice between a pitch under water or water over a pitch
Scarborough v Bradford & Bingley- long trip, but visions of a cup and league double should be a big cherry
West Leeds v Old Brodleians- we've started our psychological warfare against Mr Mink, planted our man in his office, abuse texts and a systematic flirting offensive from the pack aimed at his lovely new wife and dad (different people) should give us a edge come Saturday.
Whitby v Pontefract- this has to be a bus trip and Fancy Dress night out. I suggest Dracular outfits, it's closest some Ponty lads will get to successfully "Counting"
