Yes it can
RHM offers a brilliant presentation on the subject. He's offered his services several times but few appear to take up the offer. For the avoidance of doubt, we did and everyone who attended say it was well worth it.

A quick look at the YRFU Disciplinary reports show the problem is both on the increase and that the officials are clamping down in the problem (and rightly so). The reports also show at least one Y1 club have appeared on the naughty step for the offence.

Probably too late to make any real difference this season, but would be a good pre-season session.

I would arrange a session at Scabs for any clubs interested to attend, but accept it's a long way to travel. Any club wanting to host it for your area / region, invite others along and you may even make a few quid over the bar....

So many options, so many possibilities. All it needs is the will to make it happen.
