A reminder circular is doing the rounds after a couple of years. It was originally sought to be enforced due to behaviour at Brid, so I assume the only reason for its re-emergence is that it is again being ignored by one/some.
The problem may not, of course, be in Y1, but are there any Y1 clubs currently guilty of flouting the protocol to anybody's knowledge?
