As yet unconfirmed but apparently all 189 RDO/CRCs have been made redundant. The existing current Development Areas are been dissolved and a new structure based on the 4 RFU Divisions will be created with roughly SIX coaching support roles in each Division i.e in the North 1 Community coach per County.

40 new roles to be advertised in place of the redundancies.Brutal but necessary.
