Whitby 2s travelled to Wetherby 2s with 12 men today. Wetherby having 19 players available made it 15 a side and kept it 15 a side when Whitby lost a player. The game went Wetherby's way and with the bad weather the ref was happy to make it 30 minutes each way. Wetherby then lost a couple of players to injuries but being in the lead they kept Whitby at 15 playing 13 against 15 before heading into the bar to drink. Well done to both teams that is what rugby at a social level is about. Friends made, beer drunk, bloody freezing but a good day
