When York stopped coughing the ball up at the breakdown they looked that they are on their way back to the form of a couple of seasons ago.  Still some players struggling with match fitness. But in places they were impressive.
Malton capitalized on the York errors to hit them twice on the counter attack and took a half time lead.
York cut out the errors and dominated the second half and should have won by more as chances were spurned. But good progress and more to come....

WH 12-20 B&B

4 hard fought points on the road, Bees fielding a changed line up from last week after some late drop outs had to work harder than they should have to pick up their 4th win from 4. WH look to be in bother judging by todays showing (might come back to bite me later on)

Big game next week vs York.

Trying to be truthful about what I saw today.

I have allocated a number of staff to a special cobr team tasked with ensuring that our bounaries are secure and there are no sneaking in spots!

FT YM 17 - 35 Scarborough
Deserved win for Scarborough today although a lot of mistakes from both sides. Scarborough tackling hit and miss or more accurately hit or miss. Two tries conceded due to slack tackling and failing to number up and defend from 1st phase ball. Pack was rearranged a few times but stuck to their task very well. Still some work to do in the backs particularly for the new boys still adjusting to UK rugby.
Ref very inconsistent - I can understand some YM complaints
Another reshuffle needed for next week
When the second seal was opened another horse came out, a fairy red one. Its rider was given power to take the p*ss from the earth and to make men lay with each other. To him was given a large ego.

Does that also apply to the boundaries?
