For those who have not had a postponed game will mark the half way stage.

Aireborough v Leeds Medics and Dentists - aireboro need the points more and at home so going for them to pick up 4 points.
Bramley Phoenix v Northallerton - Norths on great form at moment taking them for the win.
Goole v Halifax - after a great start fax struggling to find the next win and think Goole will have to much at home Goole win.
Harrogate Pythons v Stocksbridge - gate on bad run at moment and bridge going well so going for stocksbridge.
Leeds Modernians v Old Otliensians - game of the week for me should be very close taking otley to get the points.
Thornensians v Rotherham Phoenix - one of 2 home bankers thorn should win
Wetherby v Baildon - second home banker wetherby to win.

Reckon the weather will provide us a lot of close games.
Aireborough v Leeds Medics - expecting the conditions to favour Aireborough and their pack at home
Bramley v North - going with home advantage
Goole v Halifax - Goole too strong at home
Pythons v Stocks - backing us to return to winning ways at home
Leeds Mods v Otliensians - don't think this weather favours Otliensians
Thorne v Rotherham - could be a big home win
Wetherby v Baildon - another big home win

Aireborough v Leeds Medics - Medics were good against us, going for them.

Bramley v North - North doing well this season, but I am going to opt for Bramley who are a decent side at home.

Goole v Halifax - Got to be Goole at home.

Pythons v Stocks - Stocks seem to be travelling better this season. Going for them as the in form team of the two.

Leeds Mods v Otliensians - Another tough game and historically not a great hunting ground for us. We need to get back to winning ways!!

Thorne v Rotherham - Home banker

Wetherby v Baildon - Unfortunately for Baildon another home banker.

Good luck all

  • Lose on the pitch, win by the bar.

Aireborough v Leeds Medics - I can see the Medics getting stuck in that horrible quagmire if rain continues. I'll be praying they don't.
Bramley v North - this will be close with both teams strong at home and weak on road.
Goole v Halifax - Goole should manage this
Pythons v Stocks -lots of people backing stocks after last weeks win. I really wasn't surprised: they know their pitch better than any home side in the league and it's too narrow for Goole to counter attack. Plus after North they are the second best keep ball team in the league at home. However, Pythons pitch is huge and their backs are fast. Plus I think they're pack is more agile to keep it away from Stocks forwards.
Leeds Mods v Otliensians - just cos of Dench
Thorne v Rotherham - thorne
Wetherby v Baildon - Rumour is that Wetherby has promised it's players a triple match Christmas bonus, on top of what they're already paid, if they can pull off this win... I don't think the bank manager will be being contacted on Saturday evening
Yes, my scrum cap is wee coloured...

BB - If we were paying players a win fee i think we would have the IMF chasing us by now and the pressure would be of Greece :)

Wouldn't rule Northallerton out yet they have been going well last 5 to 6 games. But agree difficult to see anyone outside those 4 closing the gap. May even come down to how wants to go up to Y2 the most as promotion from Y3 can often be followed by a season of getting whipped week in week out.

You'd hope so Dench. Still looking like there's going to be a real scrap for who stays up between about 4 or 5 teams. Groves Forwards are coming good, just lacking a consistent backline. 12 is out all season after the injury against you in that Aire wharfe cup game, he was lethal if you remember? Bagged all the tries, all the women, and top chopper in the bar too  ;)
