Barnsley vs Hemsworth- Hemsworth to bounce back from last week's defeat. Hemsworth +7

It's actually one of Hornsea's shortest away day but still a long trip

What is going on at DV? Will they make it through the full season?

It usually depends on the leagues above. There are so many permutations for promotion/relegation between level 6 and 7 that then have a trickle down effect. For example last season Pocklington got a best 2nd place spot to get promoted from Y1, Old Crossleyans got a best 11th place spot to avoid relegation from RNE2. If they'd both missed out on those then 3 would've been relegated from Y1, in the end only 1 went down and that meant reprieves for Northallerton in Y2 and Thornensians in Y3.

Barnsley vs Hemsworth: Hems to continue winning ways +7
Castleford vs Hornsea: Go with home advantage, just - 7
Dearne Valley vs Burley: DV in meltdown? Burley -7
Rotherham Phoenix vs Skipton: Home advantage and Skips poor form and won't like the journey. RP +7
WPL vs Thorne: Thorne up there in contention and WPL nothing to offer apart from a big pitch and an even bigger, emptier clubhouse. Thorne +7
Wheatley Hills vs Corinthians: Bish, bash, bosh and maybe some rugby. Weatos just - 7

Barnsley 36 - 24 Hemsworth
Castleford 35 - 12 Hornsea
Dearne Valley 20 - 17 Burley
Rotherham Phoenix 32 - 15 Skipton
West Park Leeds 49 - 5 Thornensians
Wheatley Hills 27 - 23 Leeds Corinthians

5 games in and can we draw any conclusions? Seems anyone can beat anyone and the league is wide open. Skipton's only win coming by way of a walkover might ring alarm bells for a few, but am sure they'll come good.
