Only 3 games this week and it's the battle of the bottom with the 4 bottom teams involved.
Castleford vs Hemsworth - If Cas can get a strong squad out I think they'll just edge it. Cas -7
Thorne vs WPL - two teams that need a win but for very different reasons, the visitors need a win to keep the pressure on Corinthians and the hosts need a win to keep their hopes of playing Y3 next year alive. Thorne will have some fight in them but going for a narrow away win. WPL -7
Barnsley vs Hornsea - 8th vs 9th , hopefully it's third time lucky and the game actually gets played this time. Hornsea don't travel well so going for a home win. Barnsley +7
Ca$h v Hems: Just think home advantage will be key here. Cas +7
Thorne v Tykes 2nds: Not much to save Thorne and really hoping for WPL to push for promotion. WPL +7
Barns v Horns: Home advantage I guess. Barns -7
Barnsley 19 - 12 Hornsea
Castleford 6 - 50 Hemsworth
Thorne 12 - 64 WPL
Close game at Barnsley with Hornsea picking up a losing Bonus point, which could be crucial come the end of the season. The two bottom teams both getting a big batterings at home. Surely that's it for Thorne now and it will be Y4 for them next year if another team is to get relegated ? WPL haven't given up on the second place just yet. Next week for them is a massive game.
