Thinking about the discussions and posts leading up to and following the recent vote, I am genuinely interested to know how teams who don't have a production line for players see themselves in 10 years time.
In a Utopian world where the RFU fund a rugby lead in every secondary school we would have a production line. Not sure I see that happening!
