Hello.
In relation to the HLH game, Sheffield travelled with a bare 15, losing a few injuries through the game.
It was played until the 60+ hoping for the result to stand prior to the ref making the decision to call it in relation to love of sports and player welfare
We're hopefully awaiting that the 59-7 score will be provided in the near future.
Thanks for clarifying Madders.
Apologies for applying rumour mill before seeking truth from proper sources. Hopefully the authorities will make the right decision about the result, it being the score at the appropriate time the game was stopped.
Commiserations to Tigers though - maybe the club should have thought a bit more about putting the 2nd XV in the league before committing?
At least Tigers travelled this week as they werent able to field a team at home last week despite the 1st team not playing. not a good sign for the dark depths of Dec/Jan.
Lets wait and see what Messrs Morgan and Connell decide to do about it.
Probably nothing!!!!!!!
