Bridlington obviously had a difficult season but at least they had a few local derbies against Pock, Beverley and Hullensians, to increase revenue and reduce travelling costs. When they came over to W. Yorks, they seemed to travel in a luxurious coach, no doubt at significant cost. ( £1,000 / trip? )
Assuming they are relegated - subject to confirmation - Yorks 2 next season, is dominated by W. Yorks clubs. It seems their nearest club will be Ripon. Nothing one can do about it but it wont help either their revenue or expenditure.
p.s. any idea when the final promotion / relegation places will be announced ?

Pretty sure promotion/relegation is sorted now at our level.
Looks like:
Y1 up - North Ribblesdale and Pocklington
Y1 down - Bridlington
Y2 up - Dinnington and Yarnbury
Y2 down - Hemsworth
Y3 up - Old Otliensians

Locked, is the above definite?
Does that mean North are not relegated from Yorkshire 2?
Do Halifax know this?

Pretty sure they've celebrated promotion!

That would leave Y2 with only 11 teams, pretty sure it's 2 up from Y3 as well with Northallerton spared relegation.
I stand corrected Gaters and sorry to be ill-informed or alarmist. I just went from reading the spreadsheet from London. I guess wait for official notification and consider anything I post as mere speculation. Sorry again.

Good luck to any Blazer who tries to change that.
