Who is ‘irreplable’?

Half way through the season and a number of clubs are suffering disproportionately with injuries.
The questions is, who is missing whom the most?

I'll start with Morley, injuries at 15, 13, 12, 1, 2, 8 have caused issues, which they have managed.
I watched a game recently where the absence of a 10 for the opposition was game limiiing.

Wetherby have been struggling. From their first game of the season.. they have had 7 of that 18 available the last 6 games.

They've relied heavily on their 2nd team and colts coming through. The average age of their team has been 21 for the past few weeks.

Scarboroughs 3 losses coincided with significant players being injured.

However as often discussed it's the strength of the second team which determines who tends to get promoted.

That's why Driffield do well, whilst their first team this year is a little vanilla by their own standards.... it's apparently a very similar standard to their second team - allowing them to navigate injuries.

CNC I'm sorry if you thought this thread was about 'whinging' that's not my intention.

Like BRB and BBE say it's about strength in depth whilst also acknowledging the value of some players to their team.

If any of us aspire to 'step up' to the next level we need 'stars' as well squads, are we ready?

   not easy to replace Haaland when your playing budget is Zero. But I agree that squad depth is required for any team not just those who aspire to a higher level.

City are renowned for not dealing with an injury to one of their stars.
