We plr the breaayed a very lively Moortown outfit last night in a four quarter pre season game. The first two quarters were very well contested between two sides that I suspect were both missing several first choice players, and we led 7-0. After that we put on lots of other squad players and the dynamic young visiting backs scored three unanswered tries. Really good game played at a high tempo and in great spirit. Although we lost I was impressed by some of our young squad players and a big "Thank You" to all from Moortown who made it an enjoyable occasion watched by a decent crowd.
Its a pity we are not in the NE2, but Mr Burwell knows more than us how to spoil relations with HQ.
