Baildon v Old Otliensians - I guess someone's unbeaten streak has to go as it's a league of very little draws soo.. OO's -7

Bradford & Bingley v Halifax

Bradford continue with their easy start bees +7

Bramley Phoenix v Ripon

Young bucks to score a few points on a boggy pitch in Leeds ripon +7

Bridlington v Ossett

I don't think ossett's sunny day out in brid will go to plan brid +7

Huddersfield Laund Hill v Halifax Vandals

Our bogey team - HLH lost their main tighthead for a few weeks so may miss him in the set piece, however our power centre partnership will cause issues to vandals, HLH still have a few to come back in the coming weeks and places up for grabs the boys to take the win

HlH +7

Roundhegians v Northallerton

Uni season back in full swing. North to dominate in the pack but quick kids to take the win

Hegians +7

UpTheJumper

Baildon +7
B&B +7
Bramley -7
Bridlington +7
HLH +7
Roundhegians +7

#21
Baildon v Old Otliensians - Comfortably game of the week! Am I right in saying Ensians 8 is at 15...enjoy the high ball in these conditions. Fola vs Howarth will be a great match up. Baildon home advantage gets them over the line. 29-24
Bradford & Bingley v Halifax - Bees couldn't get a much stronger squad out for this with 2/3 ex bees players returning donning the opposition jersey. Points to prove on both sides. Bees should have enough to win. 38-16
Bramley Phoenix v Ripon - Weather suits ripon. Home crowd won't be able to save their team here. 12-28
Bridlington v Ossett - Enjoy the coach beers Wakey cause I don't see you enjoying the 80 minutes of rugby - 50-10
Huddersfield Laund Hill v Halifax Vandals - Two tough sides in crap conditions. HLH to win in a Low Scoring affair. 10-5
Roundhegians v Northallerton - Another Dull contest one which the home team wins. 18-12

A weekend of some interesting results.
Baildon v Old Otliensians -  Big statement from Ensians. Was anyone there to watch? Ensians creeping into the driving seat for the league?
Bradford & Bingley v Halifax - Bees dominated as expected. Halifax offered nothing other than size up front. They will be desperate for the weather to turn.
Bramley Phoenix v Ripon - Big shock here. Ripon in trouble early on. Another team hoping for the weather to turn.
Bridlington v Ossett - Great showing from Ossett on the scoreline to many's amazement. Did they play well or are Brid not as strong as we believe?
Huddersfield Laund Hill v Halifax Vandals - Vandals best pack in the league last season other than Dinnington looking like it showed here.
Roundhegians v Northallerton - no surprise with the result but the score was. Northallerton vs Halifax is already massive for both sides to stay up

Locked Out

Ripon outplayed at Bramley yesterday, by a home side with grit, determination and excellent front foot defence and counter-attacking capability. Both sides were beset by disruption through injuries and both probably brought on replacements earlier than planned. the weather was played better by Bramley, with more searching and probing kicks and whilst the set piece was relatively stable both ways overall, Bramley made more of attacking options. Great to have an international exchange referee though hope his feedback suggests reducing lectures to a minimum. A fair result for an out of form Ripon and and a solid Bramley. Looking forward to the return leg.
