Super proud of the boys today. Think we prob deserved a losing bonus point. Good luck to Brid play good hard rugby. Good fun out there today.

Very good day for Brid! All quiet from Mr Locked Out though I suppose he'll be on after he's finished dishing out the shandies and put the rugrats to bed! Great win that not many would have seen coming, good result for Northallerton as well!

Locked Out

Don't normally post on a Saturday night, but  thanks for the prompt Gaters.

As thrilling a game as I have ever watched Ripon play in all my years. OO'S are a superb team but Ripon just got into them and showed amazing grit to concede a well deserved lead and then fight back in a nail-biting finish.

No difference to league placings for either and wish OO'S all the best, this was a big morale boost for Ripon.

Not forgetting a fitting tribute to the late Peter Squires, with a solid pre-match minute's applause in his memory, from a decent crowd.

Both games with Ripon have been brilliant.

If Ensians were marginally better at home, Ripon were marginally better today.

2 very evenly based teams. I thought we were down and out with 20 or so minutes to go, fought back to gain the lead, then lost to a strong try in the last play of the game.

Cig paper between both teams in both fixtures. Great to watch.

No easy games in this league.

I'd rather be in t'sunshine!

Gutted and slightly annoyed with myself that I didn't contemplate a draw for North yesterday 🤦🏻
Prob a fair result in a very close game.

HandsInTheRuck

Ripon as everyone know are a tough team to beat, with consistency they would most certainly be up in the top 5.

A few injuries for OO this week which definitely had an impact, but not taking anything away from Ripon, they deserved it on the Day.

It certainly makes the league more exciting in the coming months.
