Some big games at the top and bottom this week. Am expecting some very competitive games across at least 5 of the games.

Beverley v Harrogate Pythons
Dinnington v Wath Upon Dearne
Old Rishworthian v Leodiensian
Wensleydale v Keighley
West Leeds v Hullensians
Yarnbury v Goole

Beverley v Harrogate Pythons - it still doesn't compute with me that Beverley are struggling like they are. Keep expecting them to turn it around but it never seems to come. Under no delusion though that they are an easy win, especially at home. We are going to be at our best, especially given our away form. Always back yourselves though. Pythons +7

Dinnington v Wath Upon Dearne - huge battle up at the top. It's genuinely a coin toss but I think Dinnington have shown a little bit of vulnerability recently and I also think Wath will just be up for it a little more. Wath -7

Old Rishworthian v Leodiensian - absolute must win for Rish as they try to avoid the bottom two. I can't see where a win for Leos is coming, I don't think it'll be here. Old Rish +7

Wensleydale v Keighley - another fascinating battle. I would always say Keighley have the edge in the backs here but Dale have only lost to Dinno and Wath at home and gave a bloody nose to both. I think a close home win is on the cards. Wensleydale -7

West Leeds v Hullensians - no win since October for Ensians and I can't see that changing here against a West Leeds side that play their home pitch very well. West Leeds +7

Yarnbury v Goole - big tester for Yarnbury's credentials as promotion contenders against a free scoring Goole side on a pitch that will suit them. I think Yarnbury have the edge up front and that will be the difference in a close but high scoring game. Yarnbury-7

Locked Out

Beavers v Pythons: Bev may be down but not out and Pythons could slip up here. Bev -7

Dinno v Woff: Monster mash here with some serious pride and bragging rights at stake. Think Wath might just edge it -7

Old Rich v Leos: Simply a must win for OR and Leos packing their bags for Y2. Rish +7

Dale v Keefleh: Don't think Dale have enough for a surprise win, so Keighley -7

West Leeds v Ensians: Just going with home advantage: WL +7

Yawno v Goolies: Could be quite an open match, though expect Yawno to play the magic carpet better. Yarnbury +7

The Lurker

Beverley v Harrogate Pythons
As much as Bev like a late charge up the table they're leaving it too late this year. Pythons solid if unspectacular win +7

Dinnington v Wath Upon Dearne
A titanic battle up front, if Wath keep it tight and the scoreboard ticking over we'll see the cheap shots come in from Dinno and it could be decided by a card. If Dinno can take buzzer out the game Wath will struggle. Discipline wins this one.  Wath -7

Old Rishworthian v Leodiensian
Leo's like a dyspraxic toddler doing a puzzle; they have all the pieces but can't seem to put them in the right places. Ri$h probably have a bit too much around the park for Leo's to challenge. Ri$h +7

Wensleydale v Keighley
Keighley decent but will they fancy it away from the home comforts with EK smiling on from the clubhouse wall? Backing Wensleydale to continue their strong home form -7

West Leeds v Hullensians
Mixed season from 'ull, long wintery trip for them and potentially a few off to the 13 man code. WL another team with unpredictable form but reckon they'll win +7

Yarnbury v Goole
I hear the plane spotters are down to the bare bones so a huge chance for Goolies to avenge the result at the tennis club. High scorer on the carpet but Goole -7
